Selections.

I always thought warm-up was suppose to be easy
but since the day i join NV Netball, they prove me wrong.
We pay back for our 3 spokes today;
& all of us have to improve from our previous runs by at least 30secs
My previous timing : 31:30
My current timing : 30:25
Improvements : 1:05
Now my leg muscles hurt so much :(

Results for the selections was out though the team wasn't the same anymore
but we're still a team; NV NETBALL TEAM
We're ALL in this together.
One team, one dream.

So i think about 15 of us went to Compass Point Pizza Hut for lunch
most of them ordered Curry Zazzle
i wanted to join in the fun too, but for the sake of my throat
& not wanting to loose my sexy voice, i had Chicken Ole instead
I'm having sore throat this morning, & i guess it worsen now
i'm drinking lots of water already. Hope i will recover soon.

89-ed to Pasir Ris & we walked in the drizzles all the way into Ericson's Pet Farm
the doggys were so cute la
even cuter than our family's dog, German Cuppoccino.
It was pouring as we're leaving, thus, we hailed a cab & hop in
Dominica, Joanne, Jolene & me all felt so guilty as we dirtied the driver's carpet
So sorry ar, Uncle XD
