Finally, my O levels MT Oral is over!
but sad to say, the passage is really going to pull down my marks ):

I'm facing problem defecating (nicer word for shitting) nowadays
its not that i'm having constipation,
my mom said its because i've been eating little
therefore there's not much for me to defecate
what a theory huh? oh, mom!
I promise to drink more water from now on.
